From Vilnius, within one working day. Free over €95,00, €5,90 otherwise. 30 days to change your mind, 60 washes on the workmanship.
Everything is packed at the mill in Vilnius. An order placed before 13:00 Lithuanian time (EET) on a working day leaves that afternoon; later orders leave the following morning. We do not dispatch at weekends or on Lithuanian public holidays, of which there are a few more than you may be used to.
The tracking number is emailed when the label prints. The first scan usually appears that evening.

Prices on the site include VAT for EU addresses. For the UK, Switzerland and Norway they do not include import duty or local VAT, both of which the carrier collects from you on delivery. We put this here because being told at the door is the worst way to find out.
Linen travels folded in a linen bag inside a plain card box, taped with paper tape. There is no plastic in the parcel. Keep the bag; it is the right thing to store spare bedding in.
You have 30 days from delivery to send back anything you have not washed or worn, for any reason, for a full refund of the item price. That is more than the 14 days EU law gives you.
Two conditions, both because of how linen behaves: the piece must be unwashed, and garments must not have been worn beyond trying on. Linen shows its first wash, and we cannot resell it once it has had one. A washed piece can only come back under the promise below.
For a different size or shade, return the first piece and order the second; it is quicker than a formal exchange. If the one you want is running low, say so in your email and we will hold it.
If a seam, hem, button, tie or drawstring fails within the first 60 washes, we repair the piece or replace it, and we pay the postage both ways inside the EU. Outside the EU we refund your outbound postage against a receipt. Email a photograph and your order reference; the label follows within one working day.
The promise covers how the piece was made. It does not cover scorches, cuts, tears on something sharp, stains, or the ordinary fading of a dyed shade. The care page has the full scope.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within a few days with a photograph. We replace it and pay postage both ways, and we do not need the faulty piece back before the replacement ships.
Nothing here reduces your rights under EU consumer law or the Lithuanian Civil Code, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year guarantee of conformity. The 30 days and the 60-wash promise sit on top of those, not instead of them.
